30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be received back at our facility within this timeframe.

Condition Requirements

Because our products are organic liquids, we maintain strict safety and quality standards. To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The safety seal on the jug must be intact and unbroken.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Note: Any product that has been opened, used, or has a tampered seal cannot be accepted for a return due to the nature of the ingredients.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team with your order number to request a return authorization.

  2. Carefully package the sealed jug to prevent damage during transit.

  3. Mail the package to the return address provided by our team.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment typically within 3-5 business days

Shipping & Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our liquid biostimulants to ensure they arrive safely at your door. However, if your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we are committed to making it right.

  • Damaged or Leaking Products: If your bottle is received damaged or leaking, we will provide a replacement free of charge.

  • Reporting a Leak: Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. To help us process your replacement quickly, we kindly ask that you include:

    • Your order number.

    • A clear photo of the damaged bottle and the packaging.

  • Resolution: Once the damage is verified, we will ship a new jug to you immediately at no additional cost.

Important Safety Note

If you notice a significant leak upon delivery, please handle the package with care. While our products are organic, we recommend wearing gloves when cleaning up any spilled liquid to avoid direct skin contact or slipping hazards.
